The True Cost of a Service Dog

Developing a service dog is a long and expensive process.

The cost of purchasing, raising, and training one dog can exceed $70,000 during the first two years.

That includes everything from breeding and puppy care to professional training, veterinary care, equipment, staff time, and real-world development.
