Owlbert “Bert” is 2 years old. He has passed his health testing - his PennHip score puts him in the top 29% of ALL goldens tested - and is AVAILABLE FOR STUD TO APPROVED BITCHES. He is a proven sire with our Moana and Peter Pan litters.

Owlbert earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen (CGC), AKC Canine Good Citizen Advanced (CGCA), and AKC Trick Dog Novice (TKN) when he was 6 months old.

At a year old, he earned his International Champion (IntCH) title at the September 2022 IABCA dog show in Brooksville. He is a field dog, lightweight, energetic and biddable, typey and balanced. His coat is not heavy, with deep color and good texture. His head is lovely, well-balanced, with parallel planes and short muzzle. He has a good, scissor bite. His eyes are good make and set in well, with good shape and good color. His ears are well set with good shape. His chest is deep, full, and well-developed for his age. He is well-muscled, with good bone and balanced front and back quarters. His tail is well set, with good length. His topline is level with sound movement, clean come and go, good side picture, and drives well.

At a year old, he earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen Urban (CGCU) and AKC Virtual Home Manners Adult (VHMA).

At 18 months old, he earned his AKC Scent Work Container Novice (SCN) & AKC Scent Work Interior Novice (SIN), along with his AKC Virtual Scent Work Beginner (VSWB) and AKC Trick Dog Intermediate (TKI).

At 2 years old, he completed his health testing and earned his OFA CHIC number.

Bert also earned his AKC Scent Work Buried Novice (SBN) and AKC Scent Work Exterior Novice (SEN). Upon earning all four Novice titles (Container, Buried, Exterior, Interior) with 3 successful runs in each element, he earned his AKC Scent Work Novice (SWN) title.

Bert also earned all four AKC Scent Work Novice ELITE titles (Container, Buried, Exterior, Interior) with 10 successful runs in each element, earning him the AKC Scent Work Novice ELITE (SWNE) title.

He has earned his AKC Scent Work Buried Advanced (SBA), AKC Scent Work Exterior Advanced (SEA), and AKC Scent Work Container Advanced (SCA) titles. Once he earns his AKC Scent Work Interior Advanced (SIA), he will earn his AKC Scent Work Advanced (SWA) title, as he works towards his ELITE Advanced titles.

Owlbert is a task trained service dog who has traveled with his handler (Executive Director Victoria Warfel) around the country.
